General
I’ve had another pest controller out for a pest treatment
but it has not worked can you help? There are many
unqualified / part time pest controllers operating the Manchester,
Liverpool, Cheshire and Warrington area, you can rest assured that
we will provide a solution that works.
Are Pesticides safe to use around children and
pets? Pesticides can be very harmful if they are not used
correctly all of our technicians hold a RSPH level two and we are
members of the national pest technician association giving you
peace of mind we are trained to the highest standard. We will take
every precaution to ensure your safety and will provide you with
advice. We always carry out a risk assessment before a treatment
takes place.
I have children or pets in the house do I need to take
any precautions? We will make you aware of any precautions
while we are onsite or when we book your treatment in please make
us aware of your children and pets.
Do I have to leave the house? Yes depending on
the treatment for fleas, bedbugs and some other pests you might be
asked to leave the property for 4-5 hours after that time you’re
safe to enter.
Will you treat the whole of my house? Yes
depending on the pest
Are you discreet? We are very discreet all our
vans are unmarked
Insects
I have noticed wasps entering my loft above the gutter,
what should I do? Call us 0161 776 9832 and we will get
rid of them for you.
I have noticed a few black ants in my kitchen and small
piles of debris on the floor by the skirting board. What does this
mean? You have a nest of black garden ants which are
attracted to your property by a good source of food. They
particularly like anything sweet.
Rodents and mammals
I have heard noises in the loft, what should I do?
this could be a few different pest from rats or mice to birds you
need to contact us as rodents can cause fires and do a lot of

I noticed the pack of cereal or other food had been chewed through
this morning and there was evidence of mouse droppings in the
kitchen what shall I do? You need to call us asap as you have a
problem with mice and as mice breed every 6-8 week the problem can
quickly become out of hand.
I have seen a few rats coming out from my shed and they
seem to be feeding of my bird table what can I do? Stop
feeding the birds and call us to get rid of them rats otherwise
they may look elsewhere for food which could include your
house.
Bats
I think I have bats in my loft, can you remove
them? No it’s illegal to disturb or remove bats. For
